The well known Krav Maga Academy is about to open its doors to its third branch of successful martial arts training centres.
Rafal Lackorzynski, who has over four years of experience as a Krav Maga practitioner, will be the head coach of this gym and train children, teenagers and adults in realistic self-defense techniques in Arklow, co Wicklow.
Krav Maga is a fighting technique developed by the Israeli defense forces. It follows the martial arts teachings of respect and is only to be used as a last resort of self-defense. Krav Maga teaches students to recognise dangerous situations, how to respond, and how to efficiently free themselves from suppressors. Kids’ classes include games and fun activities as well as coaching for age-relevant potentially dangerous situations. Krav Maga is a great martial art that is very practical. If you are looking for what other types of martial arts there are, we have put together a comprehensive guide on martial arts classes in Wicklow for kids.
